Terms and Conditions 

By registering for a course with Cornerstone Medical Education, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

 

  1. Course Registration & Payment
  • Full payment is required to confirm your place on the course. 
  • All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
  • Your booking will be confirmed by email upon receipt of payment. 

 

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Delegate Cancellations: 

  • More than 45 days before the course: Full refund minus a £20 admin fee. 
  • 30–45 days before the course: 50% refund minus a £20 admin fee. 
  • Less than 30 days before the course: No refund. 

Cornerstone Cancellations: 

  • If we cancel a course, delegates will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date. 
  • We are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. 

 

  1. Delegate Transfers
  • You may request to transfer to a different course date if notice is given at least 30 days before the original course. 
  • Transfers are subject to availability and a £20 admin fee. 

 

  1. Promotional Code Terms & Conditions
  • Limited Time Offer: Promotional codes are valid for a limited time only, as specified in the promotion details. No extensions will be granted. 
  • One-Time Use: Each code is valid for one-time use per customer unless otherwise stated. 
  • New Bookings Only: Codes can only be applied to new course bookings made during the promotional period. They cannot be applied retroactively to courses already booked or paid for. 
  • Eligibility: Valid only for specified courses or categories. Exclusions may apply. 
  • Non-Transferable: Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged. 
  • Code Entry: The code must be entered at checkout. Discounts will not be applied retroactively. 
  • Changes and Termination: We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice. 
  • Misuse: Any misuse, including unauthorized sharing or resale, may result in cancellation of the booking and/or suspension of your account. 

By using a promotional code, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

 

  1. Course Content & Certification
  • Cornerstone Medical Education reserves the right to make changes to course content, location, speakers, and timings. 
  • Certificates of attendance are issued only upon completion of the full course and any required assessments. 

 

  1. Delegate Responsibilities
  • Delegates are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards faculty and peers. 
  • Inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund. 
  • Delegates must hold appropriate qualifications or experience as outlined in course eligibility criteria. 

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All course materials are the intellectual property of Cornerstone Medical Education and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. 

 

  1. Photography & Media
  • Courses may be photographed or filmed for educational and promotional purposes. 

 

  1. Liability
  • Cornerstone Medical Education accepts no responsibility for any personal loss, injury, or damage to property during course attendance. 
  • It is the delegate's responsibility to ensure their own professional indemnity covers any practical skills taught. 

 

  1. Privacy & Data Protection
  • We will collect and process your data in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. 
  • Your contact details may be used to inform you of future relevant courses and updates which you can choose to unsubscribe to at any time by emailing ‘opt out’ to info@cornerstonemed.co.uk
