Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Cornerstone Medical Education app account either directly within the app or, if you no longer have access to it, by contacting us.
Delete your account in the app
If you still have access to the Cornerstone Medical Education app, the quickest route is Account → Delete account. The app asks you to re-enter your password before permanent deletion.
If you no longer have the app
Email info@cornerstonemed.co.uk from the email address attached to your Cornerstone account with the subject Cornerstone App Account Deletion Request.
Please include your full name and the email address used for your Cornerstone account. We will verify that the request relates to your account before completing deletion.
Please do not send sensitive information by email. Do not send your password, card details, professional ID documents or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What is deleted
Following verification, Cornerstone deletes the app login and reusable profile, linked historical emails, push-notification registrations, saved notification preferences, contact enquiries and personal certificate files associated with the account.
Saved dietary and accessibility profile information is also removed.
What may be retained
We may retain de-identified booking, payment and training audit records where genuinely required for financial, operational, fraud-prevention or regulatory recordkeeping.
These retained records are disconnected from your Cornerstone app login and reusable profile.
